Repulpable flying splicing tape is a special double side tape. It is flying splicing tape for paper mill.

How is this flying tape different?

-With slitted liner for the secure fixation of the top sheet.

-With splitting strips with paper backing for a smooth opening of the new paper reel without jeopardizing the coating process.

A flying splice tape is a high speed splicing tape for a paper reel. It is used for continuous production. It works by joint an expiring reel onto the next so that the high speed machine does not have to stop. The “flying” aspect of it indicates that it allow the paper reel to the same speed of the machine and then quickly performs the splice.

Repulpable Flying Splicing Tape Advantages

  • Flying splicing tape are used to make a manufacturing process continual, joining the end of a paper reel to the beginning of a new reel.
  • This process of splicing the paper reels allows operators to avoid lengthy downtimes and run continuous production without having to re-thread the material through their equipment.

Repulpable Flying Splicing Tape Application

Flying splice tape used for high speed splicing conditions when high tack is required and to compensate for roll profile issues.
It can used for heavy weight papers in manual and automatic splicing equipment for high speed splicing conditions when high tack.
