FAQ:

Q1: Which angle should I choose for my sanding belt?
A: Generally, narrow belts utilize a 67˚ joint cutting angle, while wide belts typically require a 75˚ angle. However, our tapes offer a ±1˚ tolerance to ensure a secure fit for slight variations.

Q2: Can this tape be used for overlap joints?
A: This specific abrasive belt splicing tape is optimized for butt splicing to ensure a smooth, bump-free sanding surface. For overlap joints, different thickness considerations may apply.

Q3: Does the tape affect the thickness of the belt?
A: Our splicing tape for sanding belts is designed to be as low-profile as possible. This minimizes any "jump" or "thumping" when the joint passes over the contact wheel or the workpiece.

Q4: Is it possible to order custom angles or widths?
A: Yes. While 19mm and 25mm are our standard widths, we can manufacture custom angles and dimensions to meet specific industrial requirements.

Q5. What sizes are available?
A: Standard widths are 19mm and 25mm, with 19mm being the most widely used. Rolls are typically 100 meters long.
