The structure features an 18u aluminum foil surface laminated to a high-density 8×8 mesh/cm glass cloth. To ensure a permanent and secure bond, the back is finished with a heat-activated polyethylene (PE) layer, providing premium heat-sealing capabilities.
This composite material is designed to minimize heat transfer through high reflectivity. While the aluminum layer reflects up to 95% of radiant heat, the fiberglass core provides the mechanical strength and high-temperature stability required to prevent material degradation in harsh settings.
