White gaffers tape can be more visible on lighter colored surfaces, which might be preferable in some situations. For instance, if you're labeling white equipment cases or marking gaffer-taped areas on a light-colored stage floor, white tape might provide better contrast and visibility.
White gaffers tape typically has a lower reflectivity compared, the lower reflectivity of tape can be advantageous when working with reflective surfaces where minimizing glare is important.
Matt white gaffer tape consists of a PE-coated 80-mesh fabric backing coated with a pressure-sensitive natural rubber adhesive. Matt gaffer tape features light-absorbing, non-reflective, good adhesion, even on rough surfaces, abrasion resistant, water repellent, conformable, easy to remove, and provides a very good protection from dust and dirt.
Most of customers use white gaffers tape as floor marking tape. In professional photo studio, television studio, stage entertainment, ground line markings divide into different areas.
