Aluminum foil fiberglass cloth tape is a specialized adhesive tape that combines the strength and durability of fiberglass cloth with the reflective properties of aluminum foil. This tape is designed for high-temperature applications and offers excellent resistance to heat, moisture, chemicals, and abrasion. The aluminum foil fiberglass cloth tape combines fiberglass cloth with a laminate of aluminum foil. The backing of the spray protective aluminum foil tape’s backing (7um foil / FR glue / 110gsm glass cloth 12×12), is coated with a high performance solvent-based acrylic adhesive, protected by an easy-release silicone release paper.

The fiberglass aluminum foil tape composite glass fiber cloth adopts a unique advanced composite technology, which has a smooth and flat surface of the composite aluminum foil, high light reflectivity, high vertical and horizontal tensile strength, airtightness, good watertight sealing performance, and and reflectivity with excellent flexibility. It is a type approved aluminum fiberglass cloth jacket designed to prevent the flammable spray of hot oil which can come in contact with hot surfaces thus causing fires in vessel engine rooms.
